• All guests play at their own risk and must agree to the waiver before entering.
  
  
• Follow staff instructions at all times. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
  
  
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
  
  
• All players must show proof of reservation before entering the courts.
  
  
• No alcohol or regular cigarettes allowed.
  
  
• Vapes/e-cigarettes permitted only in designated areas.
  
  
• Keep personal items with you. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
  
  
• Pets are allowed, but must wear diapers and avoid court surfaces. Owners must clean up after them.
  
  
• Be respectful and sportsmanlike. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  
  
• Stick to your booked schedule. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
  
  
• Guests may stay 1 hour before and after playtime, but not on the courts.
  
  
• Clean as you go. Properly dispose of trash. No littering.

• All bookings must be made via our official reservation website.
  
  
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  
  
• Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, but may be credited toward future use.
  
  
• We may capture photos/videos for marketing. Inform staff before your session if you'd like to opt out.
  
  

• Food and drinks are allowed in lounge areas only.
  
  
• Keep the courts clean — no heavy, sharp, or unauthorized items allowed.
  
  
• Do not move equipment or hang on basketball hoops/nets. Damages will be charged.
  
  
• Wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes at all times.
